I'm not sure what kind of argument you're trying for by defending pitfall hunting. You have a range of options for hunting and training Hunter as well as pitfall hunting is one of the choices. It's naive to think that no one at any time hunts pitfall.
I was simply stating one illustration of how an Dwarven Army Axe could be used. Do you have a sort of hatred against using it as a Hunter? I agree that there are other options for training that may be more efficient, but the Dwarven Army Axe could be a great help.
I took the axe me today to miscellania to chop some trees, and then I used it to make the tele tabs, and then get some interesting rocks. It's helpful for whatever it is that people decide to use it to do. Runescape is an online game that is supposed to be fun, who are you to tell if the method people use to send their time is worthless?
Seconded, I used it this morning for my odd rocks. I used it to runecraft, woodcutting, firemaking, and mining rocks (then I realised it was a steel D: ), on top of using it for Miscellania. In the end, at all times, this is an excellent item that can be used by many people in many different reasons, just deal with the fact that it's not to your personal taste. claiming it's completely useless is not only foolish and unfounded, but saying that it's only used by those "trying to be different" is insensitive to top that off.
I'll be taking down the Army Axe when I make the decision to go RC through the Abyss because of some inexplicably reason. In all other respects, it's best for beginners or very low-leveled players. I view it as an unnecessary use of bank space instead of saving space.
