I thought you could, and also, why do you have a version of csgo that's nonsteam. I'm pretty sure it was only released on steam.
If you pirated it just to make movies, that's more understandable, but it's still kind of terrible to rip a game that's only about $10. Plus then you don't have to deal with problems like this.
