Никогда не был фанатом спорта, никогда им особо не занимался, но вот решил попробовать. По правде говоря, моё телосложение далеко от идеального. Худой, мышц нет и тд. Поэтому есть доля смущения идти сразу в спортзал. Вот и хочу взять тренажёры домой и на них начать заниматься. Как только себя приведу более-менее в норму, так и в зал пойти можно.
