I am planning to make a sick frag clip, but a lot of details are missing and I need some help.

1) How can I make like these cool shakes in sony vegas ? I tried doing the best S_Shake settings but didn't went good.
2) How to get like these lighting red flashes every moment in the video ? I asked some people they told me it's S_trails but I am not sure.
