NBA 2K22 has just released within the last couple of weeks and along with it resulted in a flood of players asking how they can switch the 2K22 affiliation. The affiliations can be extremely important for certain players, and when you have four of them, it's easy to get into a position that you do not want to be. Fortunately, the process can be quite simple and should require players just minutes to move on over to a new affiliation.

First, players must decide which 2K22 affiliation they would wish to belong to. Once they have decided, make your way over to the town hall located in the front of the group you would prefer to be a part of. Enter through the front posts and climb up the stairs and you'll be greeted by two security guards.

All players have to do is talk with the security guards. When they do, the menu will show up. Select the button that appears to join the affiliation wanted and voila! You are now officially a part of the brand new affiliation and have shifted from the old one!

It's important to keep in mind that when a player changes affiliations, 2K22 will reset all rep and progress for the character. In this regard, players should only switch affiliations later in the game in the event that they truly wish to. We suggest switching affiliations at the beginning to reduce the loss of progress, as it is incredibly precious and takes a long time. It is important to note that even after the switch is complete, it may take some time to get the game caught up to you and then move you to another spawn location, therefore, be patient and do not worry about it.
