Worked around memory leak in TF2 and probalby CSSV34 (thanks to https://steamcommunity.com/id/weegeepootis/ for reporting) related to AGR recording: Because the game leaks a notable amount memory each frame when in tool recording mode, the AGR recoding mode (if wanted) needs to be enabled before loading a demo with "mirv_agr enabled 1" now! A warning console message for those that forget enabling it and start recording right away has been added. CS:GO HLAE AGR recording is not affected, because there it is possible to enable the recoding mode on-demand.
