Added mFovPositiveSpeed, mFovNegativeSpeed options to mirv_inout cfg.
Added mirv_time drive command (value should greater than 0, otherwise it will force it that way atm.), this drives the host_framerate when it's not 0 or the demo_timescale otherwise (so it will work in demos live and when recording).
Updated mirv_cmd: now supports fractional ticks.
Updated mirv_cmd: now uses intervals with open end for addCurves by default (and intervals with closed ends for the other commands).
Updated mirv_cmd addCurves: now supports absolute keyframe times.
